Horrible customer service ever they make me drive to 2 different dollar tree just because they don’t want to sell another ballons only the graduation ballons

Not bad facilities but if u need communication, internet or even calling locally , FORGET IT ! Worse, if u are on a working vacation ( work from anywhere kind of thing, like I was) . No one at the establishment knew why I couldn’t make calls and why my Wi-Fi wouldn’t work even though I was connected to the Wi-Fi network . I have VERIZON ( way better thsn any competitor) , thank u . Im a hunter and can get service 40 ft up in a tree while bow hunting deer . For this single reason I give this place two stars, which is more than generous will cypress mulch attract termites . By the way it is in BFE ! Just sayn, if connectivity is important to you, stay AWAY from this place . I have stayed in 20+ rv parks in the last 3 mo and this rates the lowest for connectivity.

Free estimate, great advice. Will definitely win my business for future tree care.

I called the # I found online, spoke to someone & they said someone would be out within the hour . It wasnt even an half hour later & the plumber was here, which I liked ! Didnt even check anything inside, just went off what we thought, that the drain was clogged somewhere between ours & where it goes to the citys main pipe . He said he was positive he could get it, but it would cost $300 ! We agreed & watch him struggle for almost an hour before a 2nd guy showed up to help golden emerald arborvitae jantar . His snake kept getting stuck on things, so they got out a even bigger one that the 2nd guy brought with him . The main problem was baby wipes and tree roots ! He said he was able to unclog it but eventually we would have more problems with the tree roots continuing to grow in the pipes . He suggested we buy some Root X, which eats away at the roots . It wasnt even 2 days later & we were having the same problems as before ! So he didnt unclog it like he had claimed ! I looked at the paper work to see what it said about having them come back out if the problem wasnt taken care of & the guy had wrote on the slip that he couldnt guarantee the work because of the root infiltration . Why is the work guaranteed for things that are our fault such as baby wipes, hair, etc, but not guaranteed for things that arent our fault & we have no control over, such as the tree roots ? Seems backwards to me ! The men were friendly and prompt showing up, but very expensive especially if tree roots end up being the problem ! Hopefully the Root X does the trick!
