She will be the one who answers on the other end of the phone 99% of the time and goes above and beyond to help out around the apartment grounds once you move in boxwood leafminer pesticide . Before moving in I thought the response time from Oak Tree was a little slow, but after moving in and working with Itati in the leasing office I realized that she puts in countless hours to help our her tenants and that patience should be given to her . She will go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of . When the contract cleaning services failed to clean my apartment prior to my move in day, Itati came with her family to clean the entire place floor to ceiling and did so in a timely manner . The maintenance staff is also very friendly and more than willing to help fix anything in the apartment . Overall, I am very pleased with my stay thus far at Oak Tree . If I had any feedback, I would like to see more and hear more from the property manager and not have to solely rely on Itati for information/help.

I’ve been to Palm Tree a few times over the past few years that they have been open. Always been a pretty good experience, but today was ridiculous. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for almost 15 years, this boutique needs some serious help. I was going to chock it up to maybe the girls were having a bad day, but as I’m reading through other reviews it sounds like other customers have had the same experience.I was definitely greeted by a nice girl that walked in, but for the next 30 min as I shopped the store I wasn’t approached again..even after going in and out of the changing room 3 times. While other customers were being doted on. When I went to check out, there was I’m guessing she was an off duty employee speaking loudly to the manager about another co worker’s pay, and stating how this other co worker stated she “wasn’t making enough money there and needed a raise” ANYWAY this is WAY too much personal information to be speaking about in front of other employees, let alone CUSTOMERS! This was wild to me. As I’m standing at the check out counter waiting for a couple of minutes listening to them loading argue about another employee’s compensation the manager comes sees I’m waiting at the register and looks around to the other 4 girls standing around and says “can whoever’s customer this is come ring her up” not acknowledging me whatsoever. The girl that checked me out was very sweet and I could tell she was embarrassed.I honestly can’t even believe I went through w my transaction after listening to all of this. I never write reviews, so for me to have that bad of an experience for me to take the time out of my busy day to write this is saying something. I will never be going back.

Service has stepped up a lot since opening . Awesome work green trees nutrients . Food is still bland, or made wrong, like putting beef on cheese and bean only nachos…but it’s coming along . Same taste as other Jalapeño Trees, just not as tasty as other Mexican restaurants in general . But still good for Tex Mex.
