Tree Service Industry Podcast: Vegetation Management in Houston

My old tree was severely damaged in Storm Uri but I wanted to try to save it if we could . James got me on their list of storm damaged trees to service and was able to save part of my tree. The team was fast, cleaned up well, and the price was super reasonable burlap shrub wrap . Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs tree care.

I should have realized something was awry when I had to request the verbal quote be written down and emailed to me. This was the only tree service that I had to actually request a written quote from, but it seemed to be cheapest, so we set up two dates for them to take care of our work. The evening before the first date we had a late estimate come in that was lower than Shamrocks quote. However, we had already requested that Shamrock do the work, so the next morning my husband just inquired as to whether they would be willing to match the lower quote. Zack stated that they would not and my husband asked them to go ahead with the work anyway, as we had already asked them to service our property. Zack told my husband 10 minutes later that the team would not work that day due to impending storms and they would come back on two other dates to complete the entire job. Did I mention that my husband took a day off of work in case they had any difficulty at our home?? Two weeks later prior to coming for the job Zack stated in a text to me that they had stopped the job on the first day to give us some time to decide who [we] wanted to do our tree work. I thought this was odd and asked my husband to call and clarify as he had been told work was stopped due to impending storms. Zack stated on the phone call that he only had our word that we would continue the job, people had backed out on him before, and that was why he left the first day. My husband attempted to explain to him that our word was all we had to give as he hadnt asked us to sign a contract or to give a down payment. My husband stated that if he would have been honest with us concerning the reason for leaving the job we would have been more than willing to sign a contract or give him a down payment to guarantee the work for him. Zack stated that he doesnt do work that way. Im very disappointed with the lack of honesty with his customers. He also stated that he had given us a package deal. Unfortunately, the quote I was given did not represent a package as it was only the two items we had requested and the price for each. He had never mentioned the word package to us prior to mentioning his concern of us pulling out of his services. We are honest people and assume that others will be honest with us as well. At least our disappointing experience with Shamrock landed us with a different company that is very upfront and honest.

Although I didnt go inside of there I know they sell good services that help a ton of people spruce in a pot . But I was in dollar tree I go there often . Because you can find everyday people and get tips from people who go into dollar tree I really like this store the manager Donna and Katie are working so hard in this store to change everything up make sure its stocked with all kinds of new things so I wasnt at T-mobile I was at DOLLAR TREE . ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO SHOP.

I just love dollar tree so much. Why? Because everythings a dollar and they have some cheap things that are not worth a dollar but they also have so many things that are a steal. I found the vacuum pack bags to store clothes in and you use the vacuum suck as ll the air out. They were so expensive at Wal-Mart but only a dollar there. Screen protectors you protect your phone or tablet from scratches were 21$ at Wal-Mart and only One dollar at dollar tree. Dollar tree rules! I try to go on Saturdays or late Friday because they restock on Fridays and are always putting new things out.I will warn you. If you find something you really like, then you better get several because some items disappear and they dont always get more of them but some of the new stock might be something they dont have or havent ever had but may not get it ever again. Also all Dollar tree stores are not all the same. They seem to have some different things at different stores. I have a blast in there. Its one of my favorite places to go..but I seem to stay too long in there just piddling and looking. It feels like 20 minuites but actually has been way longer. I went in once at 3pm and when I left it was dark! I couldnt believe it but it seemed like time stood still but it didnt. If you have never been ,you should check it out soon but be careful all those dollar deals add up! Have fun and Happy hunting.
