Big Elm Removal Using Heavy Equipment in Houston

Another review - An awful, expensive, dehumanizing experience . Couldnt recommend him . Our experience was the same . Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling like we would never engage with him again, nor could we feel comfortable recommending him . Ill share but a portion of the nightmare.Contract signed in March 2019 . His contracts are detailed, and weve since realized why . His lengthy contracts protect him when problems arise . And he will treat you like a legal enemy rather than a human . His project timeline estimates were absurdly off . Summer before it even started . Little did we know our frustration was only beginning. We desired simplicity, using the natural terrain and trees, of which there is a lot on our property . We discussed a pool, and initially ruled it out to keep costs down . We desired, and reinforced this desire again and again, to keep the project simple and that we were relying on him to help guide us . We also paid for the additional service of 3D modeling and cost estimation in the hope of emphasizing that cost management was an important. The day came to review the concept . Fast forward to the end, we walked out of their office speechless . Unfortunately, we werent speechless due to the impressiveness of the accomplishment - which in our hope was a beautiful project, in line with our design hopes and on budget . We were speechless because Jayson presented a landscape design project of $1,345,495 in estimated cost, NOT including a number of items - all of which would likely push the costs, in my estimation, close to $2M . What on earth just happened ? Cost estimates of 20-30% outside budget wouldnt be unexpected, but this was WAY out of line. Why in the world did Jayson go SO far off track and outside of guidelines that he would even present something like this to us ? He is the expert . We were baffled and furious . Lots of wasted time by us and CERTAINLY by him . He agreed to meet to discuss what went wrong . We did meet, expressed our utter dismay and expressed our feeling that he was WAY out of line for spending our entire concept budget on a $2M design . That felt nice, initially . Boy were we wrong.A few days later we received a bill for the balance of our contract . We called the office and indicated that the final billing seemed premature and that the design was still in concept - or so we thought . Long story short, we were given ANOTHER estimate for another $12,000 to continue the concept design tweaking and to begin the next step of construction drawings . We were furious . When we expressed our dismay again, thats when it became clear . Jayson will treat you like the enemy when you question him . You are a contract to him . He has NO ability to resolve a dispute in a way that feels human or respectful. The last straw happened on Wed . before Thanksgiving, he sent me an email regarding ANOTHER invoice . This invoice totaled about $1175 and was the cost HE ASSIGNED TO OUR MEETING TO DISCUSS OUR GRIEVANCES about the out-of-line project design and attempt to get on the same page . His new email to me on wed, nov 27th, mid-day before Thanksgiving was that, if we failed to pay him his $1175, that on Monday, dec 1, at 9 am he would file in small claims court this invoice . It was about 3 pm on wed when I saw the email . LFDG offices were closed for thanksgiving and wouldnt open til Monday . On top of that, a snow storm was pounding us and we were an hour away by car . This sealed the deal for us . THIS is how HE would handle us over a design disagreement and a $1175 disputed bill ? Why on earth would we continue to want to work with someone who acts this way ? Thats just mean.We raced to SLC, paid the ridiculous additional charge for the meeting to discuss the concept, and then promptly ended the relationship with him . We spent over $12,000 and STILL dont have a workable concept plan for our home.Bottom line: theres no room for YOU with Jayson . Hes right living earth texas hardwood mulch . You are wrong. He couldve turned us into raving fans by different choices.

This is A very good dollar tree. Nice emoyees, good selection. Fast and helpful service.

My review is going to be based on the customer service. One of their representatives, I believe her name was Clare, made my pretty bad day a little better with just how knowledgeable and understanding she was.Petco had everything I needed to nip my cats problem in the bud, hopefully for awhile . I spent a bit more than I wanted to, but this is my first pet and I go overboard for him, Hobo the cat has his own funds . Pets are family . I believe Petcos prices are manageable for I was taking care of and you cannot beat the sense of security I felt leaving because of their services. For those interested, here is what happened:I came in about a week ago and I was upset, because my cat Hobo, had managed to pick up fleas . He never goes outside, I didnt think it was possible and he has always been well kept, so I never noticed until that day hen of the woods spore print . It just floored me, because we were going on a tiny vacation and I was worried about him already . Now I thought to myself, this makes a lot of sense . He was moody lately, he was scratching behind his ear more than usual..and he had been sleeping away from us on hardwood or tile . I felt awful. So I get ready to go back out, looking for places in the area that I can get to quickly and here is Petco at the top of the list with already good reviews.Petco was where I went before I even picked up Hobo, the morning of his homecoming, I was there buying food..a bed, a toy..a cat carrier-- I would have probably bought a cat tree if I felt that we could have got to the car.I walk in and after a few minutes of looking around aimlessly and ignoring everyone, because Im worried, I reach out to Clare . As soon as I speak up . she is smiling . I explain to her what I found..and she does not give me a Yuck expression or that blank stare . Those are actually my expressions . She is only, calm and understanding . Clare walks me back to the supplies they have. From there, it was a friendly, down to earth, and honest conversation . She gives me options that range from price to reviews. . and every question I ask, she has a good response as answer. So I pick up a spray for the house, a comb and the dreaded flea collar . All which have done their job, as Clare felt confident they would. The collar was the Seresto Collar for cats, which does have decent reviews and information . The comb was a generic comb and the spray was Adams Plus, Flea and tick spray. Then I pick up a toy and a new collar, just because he deserves it.A week has almost passed and he just seems happier overall . He hates his collar, of course, but I can see the difference in his attitude and his fur . I hope it continues to work.
