I’ve been to Palm Tree a few times over the past few years that they have been open . Always been a pretty good experience, but today was ridiculous . As someone who has been in the customer service industry for almost 15 years, this boutique needs some serious help fast growing shade tree zone 6 . I was going to chock it up to maybe the girls were having a bad day, but as I’m reading through other reviews it sounds like other customers have had the same experience.I was definitely greeted by a nice girl that walked in, but for the next 30 min as I shopped the store I wasn’t approached again..even after going in and out of the changing room 3 times . While other customers were being doted on . When I went to check out, there was I’m guessing she was an off duty employee speaking loudly to the manager about another co worker’s pay, and stating how this other co worker stated she “wasn’t making enough money there and needed a raise” ANYWAY this is WAY too much personal information to be speaking about in front of other employees, let alone CUSTOMERS ! This was wild to me . As I’m standing at the check out counter waiting for a couple of minutes listening to them loading argue about another employee’s compensation the manager comes sees I’m waiting at the register and looks around to the other 4 girls standing around and says “can whoever’s customer this is come ring her up” not acknowledging me whatsoever . The girl that checked me out was very sweet and I could tell she was embarrassed.I honestly can’t even believe I went through w my transaction after listening to all of this . I never write reviews, so for me to have that bad of an experience for me to take the time out of my busy day to write this is saying something . I will never be going back.

I hired Morgan from Mayapple to renovate a yard at a multi-unit property. The yard was dreadful and mostly weeds. Since this is a tenant occupied property, I had three goals in mind: one - low maintenance; two - create a space to be enjoyable for the tenants, and 3 - reduce concerns about water since the yard is very flat and flanked by two other properties. When I met Morgan he introduced the idea of using native plants to revitalize gardens in the Lancaster area. I learned that native plants are very low maintenance since they are intended to grow in the local climate. Caring about the environment and the effects of inappropriate vegetation, I found this idea to be brilliant. It was clear that Morgan really understood the science behind his work. He also had vision quickly for the project based on my description. The end project is amazing! I am so excited to see everything bloom in the Spring/Summer/Fall next year. He designed an excellent patio using pavers I already had - great use of existing resources and my budget! He re-homed some trees that werent great for this year - that made me super happy since they didnt go to the landfill. As for the water concern - he created a great rock feature that sort of acts as a drainage run and its super attractive! Job well done. I highly recommend Mayapple to anyone who wants to do better for their environment and for those who may not have the clearest vision of how to accomplish their projects.

Today I had the misfortune and Da fortune to talk and due business with J & A Tire Service. Let me be clear, I was driving my 18 wheeler down on I-35 So. About 5 miles B4 Cotula TX. When I realized I had a blowout on my trailer. Got off at Cotula and went to the Stripes truck stop. Called several tire shops and no one was able to help. All this was the unfortunate. Looking to call more places, I happened to look up an immediately saw a tire truck helping some other driver. I walked over and talked to the two gentleman helping the driver. They quickly said they would definitely be able to help me but, I had to call the owner.of the business. They gave me the number and called Javier. By that time after checking my tire I realized the tire that had blown out had damaged the next tire and I had noticed a third tire was getting pretty bad. So speaking with Javier we were able to come to a very mutual agreement favoring me buy tree tires and avoiding another incident. You would think that was The End. Youd be wrong. I noticed all the damage the rwo tires did to my fender and rear light fixture that holds three, four inch lights for stopping and turning very necessary four 18 wheelers when getting stopped by any police department. Well after arriving with my three tires one of the original gentleman Javier was able to tell me not to worry about the damage he said he would be able to help me get back on the road to deliver my load on time and more important safe. Javir and Gabriel are two top gentleman. When you happen to see them B4 me tell them Silvestrer says, hi? From the bottom to the top, if I may say that respectfully Very Good People.
