We bought two trees from D&B after looking at the reviews and then visiting their location on Hwy 620 . Since reviews are important, I figured I should post my experience so it may help others.The first tree we purchased did well tree removal fishers . We paid for them to plant it and got the 1 year warranty . The tree did well and we didnt mind their higher prices . We purchased a second tree a few years back and they planted it . The tree did not do well . The planting was done in fall, and the tree showed signs of life in spring . It was not doing great, but it was a different variety of tree and we didnt know how much growth should be expected . But, there was growth and the tree was alive . Then came winter and the leaves fell and never came back in spring . But, now it was more than a year old and out of warranty . Knowing that, I still thought they would respect the fact that this was my second purchase from them and may honor their warranty . So, I went to their location in spring and explained the situation . They gave me many reasons for why the tree may have died, like not enough water, too much water and how everyone says they took care of the tree but nobody can be sure etc . I understand that it is hard to know what was done to the tree, but I was the same person who took care of the first tree and I know how to water and take care of it . I thought they might be more understanding about what happened, but they werent.I then decided that I should go and look at trees at the big box stores, who also have a 1 year warranty and their prices are much cheaper . Yes, D&B has a huge inventory and many more sizes and types of trees, but what is the point of paying two to three times as much if the tree dies ? They planted a bad tree and wouldnt stand by it, even for a repeat customer.I wont be going there again.

Tyler was able to come to our home the same day I contacted him and mow our yard. He did an excellent job! We then set up a time to do an estimate for the services we needed. We live in a rental that hasnt been maintained for years and wanted to tidy up the flower beds and trim the trees. He was very reasonably priced and completed the work within that week. I cant say enough how great Tyler and his crew were at clearing everything out and making the yard look amazing. They trimmed, weeded, edged the sidewalks and put down mulch. He was professional and courteous and we are very happy we found him. We will keep using him to mow and tidy up the yard while we live here. We highly recommend Carns Lawn Care. Tom and his crew visited our house this past Friday to remove a large Maple Tree by our deck, a TALL, HUGE (over 100ft) Pine Tree next to our shed, deadwood 2 HUGE pines and clear a big brush pile behind our carport . Toms communication up to this point (house visit, estimates via email, phone calls) was clear and prompt . My husband and I were never left feeling in the dark . I had 5 DIFFERENT...yes 5...tree services visit our home to give an estimate . Toms prices were hands down, the most reasonable and competitive . And quite frankly, he was the easiest boss/owner to talk to ! Our schedule was very full on Friday, but I did have an opportunity to swing home during lunch...was I impressed! ganoderma polychromum ! Tom and his guys were a well oiled machine . They worked with ease, carefulness and professionalism . I had a minute or two here and there to speak with him and a couple of his guys . All were polite, charismatic and very...glad to keep the customer happy type thinkers . All of them were also super confident and experienced in their craft . When my husband and I got home later that evening, everything was cleaned up, cleared and tidy . Moving forward, we will recommend Bender Tree Service with confidence to anyone who may need this type of service . We plan on removing 2-3 trees a year moving forward, and Tom will be our go-to, tree guy!
