Dental Clinic and Tree Service Customer Care Parallels in Houston

Thank you so much Alpha Contracting for the amazing service shredded cypress mulch ! My husband needed to do a trim on our tree and Josh and his team provided us with a dumpster . It was delivered and picked up on time.

I’d say look for another company for your home repairs/improvements. Yes, they offer a variety of services, but the sections do not all seem to be good quality. I requested quotes for tree removal and another tree trimmed. Doesn’t seem like a difficult task to understand, and the representative said they can come to the home to look at the trees even without me being there. I asked for the first available appt, and they put me down for today Friday 9/1/23. The rep knew I would not be home, but my family would be sure to put the dog away. However, I was contacted by Justin, the arborist, who was upset that I will not be there. Said he likes to go over things and tried to reschedule the appt. I told him 1 tree we need down to the stumps and the other trimmed off the fence. Of course, Justin went on to talk about “sticker shock” and if I’m not there then he didn’t want to provide a quote without going over things so I won’t be sticker shock. Seems like a real salesman thing to say to try and get as much money out of you as possible. 1 tree down to stump, another tree trimmed up high to prevent hitting our fence, pretty clear cut. I canceled the arborist, and the tree and deck services. Not worth the headache.UPDATE:I was now contacted by the manager of the Lawn care section who wanted to speak about my experience. When it is mentioned about finding common ground to have me remove this review, this tells me they don’t care to have the truth out there. Yes, he explained why Justin wanted to have someone present during the estimate, which he claimed is not to get the most money from the client, but why make the situation more difficult then just providing a simple quote. Being able to discuss any questions over the phone should’ve been enough for Justin to give an accurate quote. For the manager to call simply to justify Justin’s response and request for the review to be taken down is beyond me. What was hard is the fact I canceled my estimate with the fence and deck repair services that ABC officers after this experience. The Handyman Service said they are a different company under the ABC name, but I couldn’t trust things after Justin.

When it comes to customer care, one might think that a dental clinic and a tree service have little in common watering buckets for trees . However, upon closer inspection, it becomes evident that both industries share a common goal - to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

At first glance, the dental clinic and tree service may seem worlds apart. One focuses on oral health, while the other deals with trees and landscaping. However, both industries rely heavily on building trust and fostering long-term relationships with their clients.

Just as a dental clinic strives to provide pain-free and comfortable experiences for their patients, a tree service aims to offer hassle-free and efficient solutions for their customers. Both industries understand the importance of empathy and communication in addressing the unique needs and concerns of their clients.

Moreover, both dental clinics and tree services recognize the significance of education and preventive care. Dentists educate their patients about proper oral hygiene practices, while tree experts offer advice on tree maintenance and disease prevention. By empowering their clients with knowledge, both industries promote proactive approaches to health and well-being.

Both industries require a high level of expertise and attention to detail to ensure the best possible outcomes for their customers. Whether it's providing dental treatments or tree care services, the ultimate goal is to deliver quality service that meets or exceeds the expectations of the customers.
