Efficient Scheduling Communication Excellence for Tree Service in Houston

We usually wait about 60 to 120 days before writing a review . We wait because we want to see how things look and hold up after a small period of time . Anyone can write a positive and euphoric review immediately after the work has been completed and everything looks great - but how will it look over a small period of time and more importantly, if it doesnt hold up - how will the company behave when asked to honor a warranty commitment ? Thats what matters most . Why ? We have been trying to resolve warranty issues with ADI for over 4 months due to scheduling, but mainly because he simply doesnt want to just do as promised and replace what has died and repair what came out poorly . Much of what we paid his firm to do, we have now had to replace ourselves and just today found out from him that he is apparently not going to honor the warranty on the trees he planted . $800 per tree according to him . Which is a hint - there is no warranty with ADI . Its just words to sell a project . We have wasted so much time chasing Hector to honor ADIs warranty that we have simply had to punt and replace things ourselves - all while in the middle of selling our home!!! ! If we could give this company less than 1 star, we would . Hed rather argue and blame the customer . We paid ADI approximately $18K for landscaping services and various plants . Despite being told that we had a warranty, we have fought with Hector to replace trees that we have since learned from 3 (three) different arborists were not planted correctly and nor were the water settings appropriate for the irrigation (set by Hector himself) . Hector told us numerous times that the trees were not getting enough water and heat was an issue (etc, etc), at the same time the Texas A&M educated arborists told us that the trees in question had essentially drowned in the clay bowl that they were sitting in . Hector, by the way, implied that these A&M educated arborists didnt know what they were talking about, and that he knew these things . This is what they teach at A&M and while we are not even fans of the school, lets face it, they know plant sciences better than most in our area . All of them told us that how the trees were planted and being watered that they were drowning due to how they were planted . The water was essentially pooling in the clay bowl around them because the clay wasnt removed at sufficient depth at the time of planting to allow the water to pass through to be absorbed around the roots . One was suffocating in the fabric wrapped around the root ball that was never removed prior to planting . We have replaced almost 80% of the flowers planted by ADI within the first 90 days.The outdoor cover we hired ADI to build for our pool equipment and generator was flawed (see pictures) from the start and the wood used was cracking and warped at the time of installation . ADI did NOT finish the project . We are thousands of dollars ($5K to 10K) out now linden tree sap . For anything related to trees, hire a Arborist - Tree Solutions of Texas . The pictures say a lot . Do not use A.D.I Landscaping you will be very disappointed . They only take cash so you will have no recourse when your project goes bad.

We hired Frampton Home Improvement to install a vinyl fence around/landscape our backyard. They were friendly and prompt throughout the service, and did quality work for the most part.We did have issues (both problems with the quality of work performed as well as tasks left unfinished) that require their attention, and it has been impossible to get them to come out and fix them. I have spent close to 6 months trying to get them to commit to a time to come out. Most of the time my texts go ignored, a couple of times they have no-showed when saying they would come out. I have started to fix things myself (like patching a hole in the fire pit to prevent sand from jamming the keyhole to allow us to turn it on and off) out of necessity and frustration. There are several outstanding items that still need to be fixed:1. Two trees died during the winter (they offer a warranty on plants for the first year), and started growing shoots off the base of the trunk. They need to be replaced.2. The vinyl gate to the back drags along the cement when opening. It needs to be trimmed down.3. A cement job was done during rainy weather, and now we have a sidewalk with stained, discolored cement. It needs to be fixed.4. The gate is missing vinyl caps. We have been waiting for those since last September.

As a viewer of YouTubes Vivian Tries, I was excited to find a new larger Dollar Tree, funny it was just 2 doors down from a Family Dollar . I searched high and low and found so many new and brand name products that Vivian has highlighted on her videos . I spent $50 but know I had more than double that by comparison on Google Lens . They had practically every holiday covered by a glass or towel or wall hanging, huge asst of baskets & organizers, kitchen gadgets & wall hangings, greeting cards, party supplies, candles and crafts galore, plant items, colorful dresser boxes and tons of picture frames . The health & beauty section was crazy with good deals, as you can see in my haul photos following all the pictures I snapped at the store . The whole back wall was fully stocked with a variety of cleaning supplies including large bottles of bleach for $1.25 . A ton of shower supplies, including puffs, back scrubbers, soap dishes and more . The 1 product I dont recommend is the thin shower curtains thatll blow back on you and cling . The cashier/balloon filler/stocker was very pleasant and bagged all my finds with care .
