Tree Service Professional Demeanor: Enhancing Job Satisfaction in Houston

Wise Tree Care did an awesome job of removing 4 overgrown oak trees that were too close to my house . I got 3 bids and chose Wise Tree Care over all the others because their price was very fair, the owner Matthew is a certified arborist, theyre bonded and insured, and they take all kinds of safety measures to protect the crew, my property, and my neighbors property. The tree-cutting crew was on-time, friendly and hardworking, making a difficult job look easy . They were very careful to direct large tree branches that were overhanging my roof away from my house . They used a wood chipper on-site and hauled away all the debris. They also ground all 4 stumps . Two of the trees were in my front lawn, and the crew ground the stumps to a depth and shape that allowed me to easily install new sod bagworms spray . They cleaned up all the stump grinding debris and hauled it all away . My neighbors complimented me on the great job done by Wise Tree Care.I cant thank Matthew and his crew enough for their integrity, excellent tree service, and remarkable skill . Special thanks to their receptionist Cassi for being super friendly and very helpful.I highly recommend Wise Tree Care to anyone who needs quality tree service for a good price from someone they can trust and who gives them peace of mind . I referred Wise Tree Care to my daughter and she hired them to trim her Bradford pear tree . They did an excellent job there too.Thank you Matthew, Cassi, and crew!

Right before I was ready to sign on the dotted line with another group, I met Barry Burkholder from the Burkholder Group. Initial impression was one of confidence, competence, genuine customer service, and desire to partner with his clients so they are 100% happy with the outcome. Wow! Imagine that! The Burkholder Brothers are a well-oiled machine with a comprehensive business plan from soup to nuts designing, executing, and caring for landscapes. We went through the blueprint process with Barry and his designer, Deb Wright with ease. Deb has a good read on people which allows her to not only anticipate but ensure that expectations are set which is very important. She listened to ideas that we brought forward, and helped to reconcile differences that I had with my husband about the project. The job started in early March 2018. During this time, we experienced 4 Noreasters, flooding, and what at times, felt like mud slides. The weather was NOT our friend. This was a complex job that involved re-building a swell in the back yard, underground piping, electrical installations, pool decking, a retainer wall, removing many trees, re-configuring and re-mapping, and the list goes on. Barrys crew were very hard working, professional, pleasant, and they cleaned up. They genuinely appeared to enjoy working for the Burkholder Brothers. One landscaper in particular, Jason, did an outstanding job. Every time I saw him, he was doing his craft, with conviction. He took so much care and pride in his work, he truly has a passion for nature and beauty. I am incredibly appreciative to him. At one point, when we were having what felt like flooding to me, I called Barry and he sent the Project Manager right over to investigate. Dan, the project manager, was there in no time, which put my mind at ease. Dan was very responsive to my emails throughout the project. Although Barry is one of the owners, I felt he was accessible at all times to me as well, and always reassured and delivered. He did not disappear after being awarded the contract as many business owners do. Another thing I really appreciated is that the contract was very clear, outlining the project and time points of payments which allowed me to do my financial planning. There were no hidden fees or issues that popped up outside of the contract. So I believe that most things were assessed properly, and accounted for on their end; and that is very important for the success of a project.I bought my outside furniture from Burkholder Brothers and worked with Melody. Melody is very helpful, pleasant, polite, and demonstrated great customer service. She was patience with me when I changed my mind, at least twice, adding, and removing items from the order list. It was fun to work with Melody, and I felt she was genuinely excited for me which is hard to find in customer service. I recently had the furniture delivered and it is beautiful. Thank you Melody! If you are looking for a comprehensive approach to landscape design large or small, I highly recommend Burkholder Brothers. You will be very happy with their professionalism, expectation management, customer service, work ethic, and design abilities. You may pay a little bit more but you will get what you expect, and be very happy with the outcome. You will not have to think too much once they start the project, as there is a great level of communication which is key. Your mind will be at ease. Their employees seem happy, and I think that says it a lot about the group. I have a restored faith in these type of industries now thanks to Barry and his team.

We purchased a home almost a year ago and had an extensive outdoor project on our hand. At the time, we contacted several landscapers for a consultation/quote and encouraged each to give us their best recommendation. Given that we spend so much time outside, it was important to us that our landscape be aesthetically pleasing.Unfortunately, none of the landscapers “wowed” us with their pitch, at least not until we turned to Gardenalia. Although Gardenalia has a consultation fee, we expected the level of creativity and attention to detail to be taken up a notch, and that’s exactly what we discovered. We were visited by Patrizia who shared her wealth of knowledge about gardening and landscaping. She noticed things that didn’t even occur to us – potential areas of erosion and water pooling, quality of the soil, where the sun travels, and what types of foliage would thrive best under these conditions – and she queried us about our own preferences (colors, scents, inspiration, etc.). After taking photos and spending some time to herself carefully evaluating our area, she went back to her studio and started crafting a design plan. After a few months of planning and occasional questions, she presented to us her vision and we were blown away at the attention to detail. She factored in not only the surrounding environment but even the change of seasons, perspective from all angles, and potential wildlife/disease complications, strategically selecting and placing every single plant, shrub, and tree in the area to maximize beauty and survival. While originally intended to be a multi-phase project, we found ourselves so in love with the design that we impatiently opted to have the whole thing executed at once so that we could enjoy it as soon as possible. Although you own the design that Gardenalia creates and have the freedom to select who installs it and when, we decided to work with Gardenalia’s partner given comfort, familiarity, and long-standing working relationships. There was absolutely no pressure to do this; rather, it was a decision made by us because we felt a comfort level there. We’re pleased to report that the installation was executed this week, and the work that Gardenalia and their partner has done has been nothing short of amazing. They’ve taken an eroded hillside filled with weeds and turned it into a backyard paradise. From every angle, spectators can appreciate the beauty of Patrizia’s design, and we find just walking around back there is practically therapeutic. We’ve received numerous compliments from our neighbors, and we’re excited to show off our new surroundings to friends and family.Thank you for everything Gardenalia! You’ll be at the top of our speed dial whenever we decide to do anything else!
