Dereks Grass Cutting Service stepped in to cut our grass last year when a service we were using abruptly left the grass cutting business . Although the season was already underway, this company worked us into its schedule . Dereks Grass Cutting is dependable and cuts our hilly 1.5 acres just as we like it.This spring a section of one of our trees fell . We asked if Dereks Grass Cutting Service could cut it into manageable sections and move it out of the way do ants like mulch . This task was taken care of promptly . We are very happy with this companys work . We are happy to have found this service.

I frequent this dollar tree store on 183 in Austin about twice a month. Since I travel overseas the smaller containers of personal items like shave cream,toothpaste, etc travel well. Especially the nutty snack food selection is outstanding. However, what is not good at all is this one employee, I think her name is sabu or Sabah, not sure. This lady seems to work the check out and do as little as possible. I asked her last week, where is the cell phone section, I needed a new cheap set of earbuds on my next flight, she points to one of the isles? I say which one. She points and says..over there...I couldnt believe it, how cold and rude. Every other employee in the store is kind and courteous. I think this employee could use some customer service training or find another line of work. She doesnt exhibit a customer friendly attitude at all.

This is the Best most understanding of how customes expect to get treated Walmart ever ! !!! ! Bought a new Hart ( Walmart) brand saw and it burnt it up in a week after using it to clean up my yards trees and bushes . This type of work is EXACTLY what it shows to do with saw on thier website and advertising . Anyone who ever used a saw will know that the sides of saw will come in contact with material being cut over and over and causes slight wear and scrapes on saw . I took saw back to two other walmarts with box and OG reciept in hand and was told NO REFUND because they couldnt fully read the serial number that was scraped a bit.. . I then was told to pay to mail it to service center and they might fix it treekeeper software . I just about was ready to throw it against a tree when I decided to take it to GREENVILLE , PA Walmart where I was visiting family and they credited my card with no problem or hassle . THIS IS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO WORK WALMART !!!!!!! ! FOR THOSE STORES IN OHIO AND ELSEWHERE WHO CARE NOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER THIER EMPLOYEES AND MANGERS NEED SENT HERE TO LEARN HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS!!! ! Keep up the good work Greenville, Pa and remain the beacon of light that all other Walfarts can look to for guidance.

This is our second time to use Rooted in Texas Tree Care. Kyle and Andrew arrived on time on 5/6/2020 to remove and/or trim some cedar trees on our property. You couldnt ask for any more professional and pleasant people to work on your tree care needs. Kyle is like a surgeon with his cutting - very precise and extremely careful. The entire job was done according to Kyles estimate which included hauling away the cuttings and site clean up. Its ridiculous how much we love trees is more than the company slogan - it is a way of life as evidenced by the way Kyle and his staff care for your trees and make sure your tree care needs are well taken care of. I highly recommend Kyle and his company for whatever tree care you may need.
