It has taken me a long time to write this review because I dont like ragging on businesses, particularly local businesses . However, the best way I can describe my experience with Bent Tree Dental is Little Shop of Horrors . I came here once because I was new to town and looking for a dentist who accepted my insurance. When I walked in, the hygienist apologized that there was no artwork hanging, citing that they had taken down all the wall hangings due to COVID...WHAT ? Not concerned with the art work, I shrugged it off, and I was horrified when I went to the back for my dental exam drip hose for trees . Everyone was all in one room . There were no private rooms like I was accustomed to with going to the dentist . So I could see every single patient and hear every drill and every painful reaction.I must say, the hygienist was nice and took care when doing my X-Rays . I was disappointed in the actual exam, though . Dr . Daisy walked in and had her hands behind her back as she peered over and looked at my mouth . She never did a thorough exam, but she was more than happy to refer me to an orthodontist for my TMJ, despite the fact that I have already had braces and religiously wear my retainer and dont need them again. As soon as I walked out, I decided this would be my last visit at Bent Tree Dental . I just couldnt believe that I was in a room with everyone else . It was stressful and did not seem sterile or healthy . I went online looking for other dentists and I have been extremely happy with Dr . Gotcher. His office didnt charge me for a full set of X-Rays since Bent Tree had done them but wouldnt send them to his office . Finally, what really sealed the deal on me deciding not to return to Bent Tree is this: When they called to remind me about my next appointment, I asked them to cancel because Id had a horrible experience there and didnt wish to return . Instead of asking about my experience and what they could do to make it better, the receptionist said, Okay and hung up on me . Clearly, they didnt want or need my business.

We called Dougherty to remove a fallen pine tree from our yard. They came out less than 12 hours after it fell to provide a quote and finished the job a few days earlier than they said they would! Fair pricing along with superior work! Would recommend to anyone looking to plan work around the house or also like with our case, needs something taken care of quickly!
