Growing pains are to be expected, as some people are in training . Still, there have been efficiency improvements between our first project and the current one . One such improvement is in communication ahead of construction, another when the project is underway . Before work began, I received an e-mail with information about the individuals overseeing the work, including photos and full contact information . There was also a group text, including the designer, project coordinator, project manager, and irrigation manager.Our most recent project was the front yard . After 2 years of having to use frost blankets to cover the inappropriate bedding plants installed by our builder, we asked Edwin to make our landscape beds look good, and to choose plants that were appropriate for our climate . Edwin came up with a beautiful design and issued a quote within a week . After a few modifications, we signed a contract . Agave took care of getting our HOAs approval, and work began soon after . Agave takes a non-refundable deposit when the contract is signed, 80% when the work begins, and the remainder when the work is satisfactorily completed . If a credit card is used, theres an added charge.The work itself was done surprisingly quickly, although there were some definite hiccups . Agave employees were very responsive, and appear to care a great deal about fixing anything that needs it . Their workers appear to be long-term, experienced regulars . My front yard looks beautiful and Ive received several compliments on it . Edwins design included many textural elements and a nice choice of plants that complement one another.Agave LD is unlikely to be the least expensive quote youll get for landscaping, but they are creative, knowledgeable, and do first-rate work that will look good for a long time . And if anythings amiss within a reasonable time, they will return to fix it without balking.If we ever have the need for additional landscaping work, theres no doubt wed call Agave first.

This is a very big dollar tree. I absolutely love this place. So easy to get lost in here for hours. And only get one LITTLE basket to hold your goodies because if not youll end up buying the whole store. As many fellow reviewers have said this Dollar Tree store on Uvalde Street is in poor condition and definitely needs a complete overhaul of the management and building condition of the store.This Dollar Tree store needs to be fully cleaned, repaired and *ORGANIZED*.Its like the staff dont care at all about the condition of the store or the poor quality customer service they provide . It can be better here than what it is but I wont focus solely on the negative.At this particular Dollar Tree you may find some of your shopping list knick-knacks and certain items but this Dollar Tree (like most) wont have everything youre looking floor.I wouldnt advise people to come here who may have bad lung health conditions like asthma or allergies as the stores moldy smell may affect peoples personal health.Quite a few safety hazards here that need to be solved.Other than that, its what you make it . Some of the staff do their best to provide good service though tree water donut . Gotta make a living.

The Jalapeno Tree is an awesome place to go when you want great food and a friendly atmosphere. First of all, the dips you start out with are not bland at all. The green dip is so good, I finished it off even after my main course arrived. I had the Clint Eastwood which is basically pollo con queso, a cheese enchilada, refried beans, and rice. It was by far one of the best mexican dishes I have had in a while. I washed it down with a cold Bud Light on tap. They seriously care about the food they serve. The staff is friendly and always attentive. The restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend stopping in here if youre looking for a fun place to eat. A+ Service!!!
