Would give zero stars if possible . Daughter had sore throat . Trying to follow the rules we called their number at the entrance prior to walking in . It just left us stuck in a loop of the phone tree . I walked in, explained trying to call and their phone system wasn’t working . The receptionist couldn’t stop smacking her gum long enough to care . Said “yeah nope ya gonna have to go back to the car and fill out all the registration paperwork and insurance on ya phone then we will get to ya” . Absolutely unprofessional service and unacceptable communication . If that is how they greet patients then I can only imagine the care from the provider . I told her no thank you we would be going down to Legacy Urgent Care and ER instead and like we should have in the first place . I wanted to try iCare because it’s right by the house tree removal kannapolis nc . Not for us.

I should have realized something was awry when I had to request the verbal quote be written down and emailed to me. This was the only tree service that I had to actually request a written quote from, but it seemed to be cheapest, so we set up two dates for them to take care of our work. The evening before the first date we had a late estimate come in that was lower than Shamrocks quote. However, we had already requested that Shamrock do the work, so the next morning my husband just inquired as to whether they would be willing to match the lower quote. Zack stated that they would not and my husband asked them to go ahead with the work anyway, as we had already asked them to service our property. Zack told my husband 10 minutes later that the team would not work that day due to impending storms and they would come back on two other dates to complete the entire job. Did I mention that my husband took a day off of work in case they had any difficulty at our home?? Two weeks later prior to coming for the job Zack stated in a text to me that they had stopped the job on the first day to give us some time to decide who [we] wanted to do our tree work. I thought this was odd and asked my husband to call and clarify as he had been told work was stopped due to impending storms. Zack stated on the phone call that he only had our word that we would continue the job, people had backed out on him before, and that was why he left the first day. My husband attempted to explain to him that our word was all we had to give as he hadnt asked us to sign a contract or to give a down payment. My husband stated that if he would have been honest with us concerning the reason for leaving the job we would have been more than willing to sign a contract or give him a down payment to guarantee the work for him. Zack stated that he doesnt do work that way. Im very disappointed with the lack of honesty with his customers. He also stated that he had given us a package deal. Unfortunately, the quote I was given did not represent a package as it was only the two items we had requested and the price for each. He had never mentioned the word package to us prior to mentioning his concern of us pulling out of his services. We are honest people and assume that others will be honest with us as well. At least our disappointing experience with Shamrock landed us with a different company that is very upfront and honest.

I became a customer of Blue Tree the fall of 2018 after installing a pool . They did a nice job starting a lawn from scratch in the areas affected by pool construction . In the fall of 2019, after experiencing much deterioration of the lawn areas that they planted the previous year (due to crabgrass primarily), they recommended overseeding and core aeration my entire lawn which I agreed to, and which they did . I also signed up for their seven step silver lawn care plan for 2020 . As of August 2020, four steps into the silver plan, I have to express my disappointment overall . Some lawn areas are better than ever; others worse than ever or not improved over the condition before I signed up with them . The issues with the bad areas involve the emergence of crabgrass and wide spread bare areas (due to a foreign species of grass - so they told me) . I want to say that I enjoy the people at Blue Tree . They are clearly a cut above other outfits I tried such as True Green and Weedman irrigation specialists grandview . Still, for the price I expected better results than I am seeing currently.Follow up: Blue Tree responded promptly to the review that I posted . The owner personally came to my residence and walked down my 1.5 acre yard with me . We came to an understanding of the issues and worked out a solid plan going forward . I expect improved results, and intend to continue doing business with them.April 2021: I want to acknowledge and thank Blue Tree for the work they did refurbishing my front-side lawn (approx 1/4 acre) last November (2020) following some construction work . This work involved removing rocks/debris, spreading new topsoil, planting grass seed and overlaying with straw . Here in the spring, this area of the lawn is full, weed free and green . This work, in conjunction with their overall turf-care program that I signed up for again, has made my front-side and entire lawn the best it has ever looked.October 2022: Continued solid performance by Blue Tree.

We had a number of different services we needed performed:1) Clean out all our houses gutters, including two high, hard-to-reach ones which hadnt been cleaned in at least six years.2) Install gutter-guard on the two hard-to-reach gutters.3) Cut down and remove some tree branches at either side of our house which would have damaged the roof if theyd fallen during a storm.3) Clear the weeds, poison ivy and general vegetation down to the soil from an area of ground next to the house.Tyler came to our home, took my description of the work and gave me a reasonable price for everything. We agreed on a day and time, and Tyler and his team took care of everything. I was very pleased with what they did and hope to hire him again the next time we need similar work.
