They were on time . Careful where the tree landed drip line tree . Very nice . Once the tree was loaded on the trailers they raked up all the small debris and put it on the trailer . I would use them again.

Encounter with cashier Tatiana. On many occasions there has never been any problems with her. She has one facial expression in which she doesn’t smile. But I’ve never judged her as unfriendly but that’s just her. Not rude nor overly friendly.I live in the neighborhood, so Dollar Tree is very convenient and has the things that I always need. They could order more ice cream, which is always empty and could use a little maintenance straightening up in the freezer. Sort of messy.Well last week put me in such a shocker with my encounter with Tatiana, that I will no longer go to that location to shop ever. I had in my basket four tiny Lay’s chips related flavor. I proceeded to check out with Tatiana, when I noticed they rang up a dollar a piece.I brought that to her attention the sign on the box said 2/1.50 or .79 each. She said no they’re 1.00 each because they rung up that way. I then proceeded to the aisle where they were and was able to remove the sign and brought it to her. Not sure what triggered her off but the mild mannered person she once was turned into someone else.She then told me “Other stores would honor that price, but not this one nor am I going to.” I then asked her to please remove them from my purchase items. Then she goes “ Now I have to ring these up again?”As if I caused the problem. She said it was the vendors fault. I’m not getting into that because it was simple to me not to buy the item.Her entire demeanor changed as she rung the items up. She rolled her eyes at me, threw my items in the bags. I bought two Nestle six pack waters which she put in bag together not doubling it and threw my water on top making it even heavier. I was just shocked over potato chips. It wasn’t that important. Maybe she was having a bad day. When you’re in retail you have to practice leaving personal life at home.It wasn’t a customer is always right situation. I didn’t care about the chips and had her remove them from my purchase. I was done with it. It was the attitude and the saying how she wouldn’t honor what’s advertised. She could have said “ I’m sorry that price is on their, however the vendor must have left that on the advertising boxes.However, the chips are for 1.00 each. I could either take them or leave them. But I would never talk about what another dollar tree does because it would show my company doesn’t follow the same policy nor have customer satisfaction as a top priority. I think she needs customer relation classes. Nothing wrong with these classes. They give scenarios of how to not have people write reviews like this!

We hired Charlie Nansteel to chip a large brush pile and grind 3 stumps on our property . We received a proposal totaling $550 and an estimated 2-3 week lead time . 6 weeks later, our brush pile was gone and our damage to our yard is truly shocking given the scope of the project (copy of proposal & unedited photos of the damage attached; additional details below.) Needless to say, we found Nansteel to be unprofessional, incompetent, and downright dangerous when a winch rope snapped in an attempt to remove a stuck truck, yet was attempted a second time . Would definitely not recommend.---------------After 5 weeks with little communication and one no-show, a crew arrived . A truck hauling a chipper was driven into our lot and got stuck, a winch was used to try to pull the truck out which snapped at least twice that I saw, leaving a crew member flinching away both times, and three hours had gone by with absolutely no progress aside from damage to my lawn . Once the truck was relocated, the crew utilized a bobcat to scrape the brush towards the chipper (the owner later admitted he was expecting his crew to pull the brush by hand to the street and that he was angry they brought equipment onto the lawn given such soggy conditions.) After nearly 7 hours, I saw how much damage was done and went out to speak to a crew member . I was told that Id need to talk to the main guy and he pointed to someone on site hartney greymont needham ma . I went inside waiting for them to finish cleaning up and suddenly noticed that they had all left without even speaking to me . I documented the damage (which included pieces of broken rope left on the ground, holes 6+ inches deep, extensive tire ruts including one on a neighbors lawn, a gatorade bottle, and a damaged tree.) I emailed Charlie and he did call me, ultimately saying he would send a crew to repair the damage . I sent an email to make sure I didnt misunderstand what he said he would fix and he never responded, but did send a crew so I assumed we were on the same page . They repaired most of the tire ruts and the holes, but refused to repair the neighbors lawn (first citing that several cars did the damage driving around their trucks, later citing that a UPS truck was responsible) . He also refused to repair the areas under the brush pile (citing I didnt make the weather . God did that.)We proposed several options to further rectify the mess, to which Charlie flat refused at one point saying something very similar to Ive taken things to the Supreme Court before . I dont care if I spend $3000 to prove Im right . We did the job and you owe us the $550 . If its not paid, youll hear from my lawyer . While Im far from a legal expert, I believe a matter such as this would be handled in small claims court or by a collection agency moreso than the supreme court and in my opinion this was used, at best, in an unprofessional manner and at worst, as an intimidation tactic.We hired a company to complete a fairly small job that we were actually planning to do ourselves . Needless to say, we wish we did.(For those who care, I did inform Charlie about the winch snapping twice and he genuinely did seem upset and appreciative of me telling him . Regardless of my dissatisfaction, I truly do hope he at least took steps to minimize the needlessly dangerous working conditions for his employees.)
