Compassionate In-Home Care Meets Tree Service in Houston

This is my first experience with this care facility and my absolute last . Our 1 year old had a sustained fever of over 104 on and they were supposed to be open until 5pm according to both their website and their phone system . We called ahead because it was end of day and got a phone tree that said walk ins were ok at any time . I got there, got my child out of the car, walked in and the women at the front desk was incredibly rude and told me that they were not accepting walk-ins, that they were closing in ten minutes and I needed to leave . At that point I figured she may be having a bad day and followed up by explaining to her that I had a very sick child and asked if she could point me to another urgent care facility in the area that may still be open . She actually shrugged and said “no pictures of pruned bradford pear trees . You need to get out.” The level of unprofessionalism from a health care facility that I experienced in this short term exchange was jarring and unacceptable.

My name is Steven Grantham, B.A Psy LBSW and I work at Pine Tree Lodge Nursing and Rehabilitation a facility in Longview Texas. I have to say that Premiere Home Care has been going above and beyond on taking care of patients we discharge home. One example and there are many of the extraordinary care and going above and beyond is below as follows.1. A resident that was homeless and we were able to find them housing from facility level.2. Premiere Home Care took care of him at his new housing arrangement.3. The staff immediately went out as soon as possible and provided him Nursing and therapy service that he needed.4. This person had limited income so one of the owners (Chris Rigsby) went and bought enough food to fill up the refrigerator and their side pantry so they would have food to eat.5. This person (Chris Rigsby) went by personally very often if not daily every other day to check on them and to see if they needed anything.6. His insurance was not what in my industry we would call the best and even when they did not want to continue with services Premiere continued with his care for longer.7. After my go to nursery closed in Austin, I was at a loss to find a place that had decent trees . The trees at most places near Austin look sick and are way over priced . I took a leap faith and called Hope Valley Farms and talked to Andi . First off, it was nice to talk to a person who took the time to answer all my questions . Second, I was absolutely shocked at the prices . Seriously, at my go to place in Austin I paid $850 for an 8 foot compact cherry laurel plus $425 to have it planted . At hope valley, I just paid $170 for a 6 foot compact cherry laurel and $130 for the planting fee . It was so cheap I bought 16 of them . The tree quality was far and away the best I have ever seen . Everything looked like it was thriving . Take into account I went at the end of December . It was only about 31 miles from Hutto and believe me it was well worth the drive . I will be recommending them from now on . Update: today they came to install my 16 trees . The owner Steve showed up on time at noon and introduced himself and his crew . The trees where unloaded and his crew stayed until about 7 p.m . to get the job done . These trees are in perfect alignment and look fantastic . The use a hand shovel at first to locate any sprinkler lines then us a jack hammer with a shovel attachment to get the hole done spruce in a pot . They came across 3 sprinkler lines and didnt break a single one . They fertilized the trees with a special blend they developed and Steve said I should be good for a year because it is time released . They then mulched the holes and they cleaned up my yard afterwards . I couldnt be more pleased . They have definitely earned my business from now on . This kind of customer service existed years ago but I thought was lost forever . Im glad to see a business that truly cares . So refreshing.

We purchased a home almost a year ago and had an extensive outdoor project on our hand. At the time, we contacted several landscapers for a consultation/quote and encouraged each to give us their best recommendation. Given that we spend so much time outside, it was important to us that our landscape be aesthetically pleasing.Unfortunately, none of the landscapers “wowed” us with their pitch, at least not until we turned to Gardenalia. She noticed things that didn’t even occur to us – potential areas of erosion and water pooling, quality of the soil, where the sun travels, and what types of foliage would thrive best under these conditions – and she queried us about our own preferences (colors, scents, inspiration, etc.). After taking photos and spending some time to herself carefully evaluating our area, she went back to her studio and started crafting a design plan.After a few months of planning and occasional questions, she presented to us her vision and we were blown away at the attention to detail. She factored in not only the surrounding environment but even the change of seasons, perspective from all angles, and potential wildlife/disease complications, strategically selecting and placing every single plant, shrub, and tree in the area to maximize beauty and survival.While originally intended to be a multi-phase project, we found ourselves so in love with the design that we impatiently opted to have the whole thing executed at once so that we could enjoy it as soon as possible. Although you own the design that Gardenalia creates and have the freedom to select who installs it and when, we decided to work with Gardenalia’s partner given comfort, familiarity, and long-standing working relationships. There was absolutely no pressure to do this; rather, it was a decision made by us because we felt a comfort level there.We’re pleased to report that the installation was executed this week, and the work that Gardenalia and their partner has done has been nothing short of amazing. They’ve taken an eroded hillside filled with weeds and turned it into a backyard paradise. From every angle, spectators can appreciate the beauty of Patrizia’s design, and we find just walking around back there is practically therapeutic. We’ve received numerous compliments from our neighbors, and we’re excited to show off our new surroundings to friends and family.Thank you for everything Gardenalia!
