Chris advised me his saw was fixed and hed be by the following week . The second week of July (a month after his last communication) I ran into Chris at a local lawn care store . He had no excuse for not contacting me other than saying his saw had broken and he was busy . Although he did good work on the first tree I felt his lack of respect to communicate to me his inability to trim the second tree was unacceptable and entirely unprofessional . Decided to go to Firestone which I should have done from day 1 they quickly took my car in and did a diagnostic and realized that pep boy did something to the electronic thinking Id bring it back. Firestone fixed the problem and only charged me 140.00 dollars with a 30-dollar discount. My car is fairly new have had it for a little over 9 months and Im so so so grateful for Firestone.
