I have a team from Axe Lawn Services do my regular lawn mowing and maintenance every week and they do it very well . They are here and gone in a flash because they are professional and don’t mess around big black beetle long island . I have also had them do hedge trimming all around my home and major tree trimming in the front of my house and it’s always fantastic work . Today they were here for a major project in my back yard trimming a 20+ foot tall palm tree and completely removing an overgrown weeping bottle brush tree . Wow ! I could not have been more pleased with their efforts . The project itself created quite a mess with sawdust, tree branches and twigs, but they picked up as they went and did an awesome final clean up when the job was done . The owners Andres and his wife Linda are extremely friendly and helpful, and they care that you are satisfied with their work . I wish I could give them a 10 star rating because that’s how much I appreciate them.

I’ve always come to this dollar tree and never had a problem. I brought my service dog in and the dog did not bark or do anything to bother anyone she was on a leash and was by my feet the whole time. I was just there for pancake mix. Within my first two minutes of being here a lady comes up and tells me I have to have a service vest on my dog If she’s gonna walk in the store. I tell her that that’s not true. I don’t know who trained her but your not allowed to require service vest. You can only ask is that a service dog and does she perform acts to help you. Train your employees better. All I wanted was to walk in and get what I needed and instead I was basically chased out the door.

My review is going to be based on the customer service.One of their representatives, I believe her name was Clare, made my pretty bad day a little better with just how knowledgeable and understanding she was.Petco had everything I needed to nip my cats problem in the bud, hopefully for awhile . I spent a bit more than I wanted to, but this is my first pet and I go overboard for him, Hobo the cat has his own funds . Pets are family . I believe Petcos prices are manageable for I was taking care of and you cannot beat the sense of security I felt leaving because of their services.For those interested, here is what happened:I came in about a week ago and I was upset, because my cat Hobo, had managed to pick up fleas . He never goes outside, I didnt think it was possible and he has always been well kept, so I never noticed until that day . It just floored me, because we were going on a tiny vacation and I was worried about him already . Now I thought to myself, this makes a lot of sense . He was moody lately, he was scratching behind his ear more than usual..and he had been sleeping away from us on hardwood or tile . I felt awful.So I get ready to go back out, looking for places in the area that I can get to quickly and here is Petco at the top of the list with already good reviews.Petco was where I went before I even picked up Hobo, the morning of his homecoming, I was there buying food..a bed, a toy..a cat carrier-- I would have probably bought a cat tree if I felt that we could have got to the car.I walk in and after a few minutes of looking around aimlessly and ignoring everyone, because Im worried, I reach out to Clare . As soon as I speak up . she is smiling . I explain to her what I found..and she does not give me a Yuck expression or that blank stare . Those are actually my expressions . She is only, calm and understanding . Clare walks me back to the supplies they have.From there, it was a friendly, down to earth, and honest conversation . She gives me options that range from price to reviews. . and every question I ask, she has a good response as answer.So I pick up a spray for the house, a comb and the dreaded flea collar . All which have done their job, as Clare felt confident they would.The collar was the Seresto Collar for cats, which does have decent reviews and information ptca san diego . The comb was a generic comb and the spray was Adams Plus, Flea and tick spray.Then I pick up a toy and a new collar, just because he deserves it.A week has almost passed and he just seems happier overall . He hates his collar, of course, but I can see the difference in his attitude and his fur . I hope it continues to work.

I want to say a few thing about New Braunfels Property Care. My wife and I have lived at our present home for 3 years. We have tried several lawn maintenance companies and have been disappointed with spotty care and very inconsistent service. NB Property Care solved that. We now have on time service.Our agreement is what I will call a “hybrid” service. We live on one acre and NB Property Care takes care of mowing, trimming and edging the front and a small portion of the back, we mow the rest. NBPC trims the entire back yard. There are several areas of “surface rock” which really make it hard to mow, the NBPC team has gone the extra step to trim around those areas so that our mowing is much easier not to mention less “stress” on our mower!Here’s the bottom line; the team that takes care of our house gets it! They know what it takes to care for a lawn and home and they do it! An example; after mowing they were blowing the loose grass off of our patio and some zero scape. They also blew the leaves out from under our Oak tree that had zero scape next to the house. This is a task that once you start, you can’t stop until it’s all done! That’s the extra, small step, that’s makes the difference we were looking for! Couldn’t be happier than we are with NB Property Care!
