Quinten was here within a day to take a look and provided a quote a few days later. Once we decided to move forward with Q&A, they were able to schedule us within a few weeks. We went from having outdated landscape trim with pavers to edging made from large boulders, which allowed for a more modern feel. When you hire Q&A, they bring a large crew to ensure timely work while maintaining attention to detail. They also planted 5 arborvitae trees in our backyard which ended up not thriving after months of consistent watering and standard treatment. Quinten didn’t ask any questions and replaced them for us. Staff needs retraining in customer service . .Kevin told a customer and I to remove our selves and our items away from register area until he called us because we were too close . That there was a line on floor and we were to wait there which there was not a line and there was no indication of this is what was needed to be done . This was very offensive and bothersome especially after he had just told customer he was attending at the moment he was so bored . So since he was bored he wanted to start an argument with us this is how we took it . As we asked him for district or corporate # he said the other worker could give it to us and we said we would call he said go ahead call .he said you guys just have to understand you were too close and people dont like that and we said that we never heard of such a thing and if that was the case they should hang a sign stating that rule and not just push our items off the counter and tells us to move away . We told him again that is offensive and that it would make a person not want to come back to store and he said to us and other customers there, good that gives me less work.. in my opinion he should be fired. Does he not realize that he has a paycheck because of us the customers?? Does he not know that without customers dollar tree would close? Its a shame that such a great store has such awful employees with such horrible horrible customer service. Do not know if reviews make a different or if the owners of the businesses even read them but I hope they do so they can see how these employees trash and damage their hard earned businesses. Its a shame... so sad.
